Server moderator - is referred to as a "helper" and has a suffix of .h .jh .sh or .oh on their playername.

Server moderators are nominated by staff and are often selected after recognition of their service to MagnumSRP. An example is a player recognized as often being very helpful to others, especially new players, and teaching them how to succeed on the server. The greatest contribution is that which helps others have a better experience on MagnumSRP. Answering questions, greeting new players, and helping by instinct will get you recognized.
If you have been very helpful to others, demonstrate patience, and are knowledgeable in how MagnumSRP works then you may be nominated and given the option to become a member of staff. Having a logical and fact based approach to solving problems is critical.

📌 use investigative skills and fact based procedure to validate a complaint.

📌 seek to find proof of a violation and seek only the necessary punitive action required.

Staff members are referred to as helpers rather than admins because their role is primarily to provide assistance to players and members of MagnumSRP. We are not interested in individuals seeking power and control over others. Our goal is to seek resolution by every possible means available, then consider punitive action. Magnum does not like to ban players.
Staff members are required to be respectful to one another. Disrespect, misconduct, and failure to adhere to our philosophy will result in demotion or dismissal. Anyone interested in being a staff member and is guilty of such infractions should consider themselves disqualified for any consideration.
This article should also be considered a general guide for existing staff to better understand how to conduct themselves. Infractions in conduct will result to immediate competency votes by available staff. Demotion or dismissal may result. Appeal is available and an appeal hearing can be scheduled. Adjust your conduct and restoration of position is possible.
